"What does love look like? It has the hands to help others. It has the feet to hasten to the poor and needy. It has eyes to see misery and want. It has the ears to hear the sighs and sorrows of men. That is what love looks like."
— St. Augustine
Actions: If you haven't been involved yet, take the next step and offer your time and talent to the Lord through service. If you have, become an "ambassador of service." Share your story of why you serve to others and encourge them to get involved.

"Everything starts with prayer. Love to pray – feel the need to pray often during the day and take the trouble to pray. If you want to pray better, you must pray more. The more you pray, the easier it becomes. Perfect prayer does not consist of many words but in the fervor of the desire which raises the heart to Jesus." — St. Mother Teresa
Actions: Take the 1 Percent Challenge! Commit 1 Percent of your day (15 minutes) to prayer. Consider signing up for a regular Adoration hour.

"Sooner or later, we all rise or fall to the level of our friendships. It's a simple but life-altering truth. The people we surround ourselves with either raise or lower our standards. They either help us to become the best versions of ourselves or encourage us to become lesser versions of ourselves. We become like our friends." — Matthew Kelly, founder of Dynamic Catholic
Actions: Sign up for a Connect Group or if you are in a group, let us know. Connect Groups will begin meeting mid to late October every other week. They will be divided into men's and women's group with a trained Connect Leader facilitating the group meetings and logistics.

Connect with 3 or 4 people every time you come to Mass. (Greet someone on your way in, on your way out, after mass at hospitality, at the sign of peace.)
"The overall purpose of my life is to live for God. He made me for Himself and allows me to share with Him in the work He's about — of building His kingdom. Everything He has given me is to help in carrying out that mission. So, I turn to the Lord and ask Him, 'How do you want me to use the treasures you have given me?' The question isn't, 'How much of my money will I give to God?' it's 'How much of God's money do I keep for myself?' — Fr. Tim Nolan, COSP founding pastor

“Before all else, the Gospel invites us to respond to the God of love who saves us, to see God in others, and to go forth from ourselves to seek the good of others....We should appear as people who wish to share their joy, who point to a horizon of beauty and who invite others to a delicious banquet.” ― Pope Francis
Action: Pray specifically for someone the Lord has placed on your heart. Then invite them to the upcoming "Becoming Catholic" series or another event at our parish. Some possibilities:
