Meal Train

One of the most meaningful ways we can serve our parish family is by providing meals during difficult times. Many of us at the Church of Saint Paul have been doing this for years, and now we are expanding our efforts to organize and coordinate meal support for families in need.

Why request a Meal Train?

A Meal Train can help during life’s challenges, such as:

• Welcoming a new baby
• Hospitalization or recovery at home
• Loss of a loved one
• Military deployment
• Divorce, unemployment, or a family move

Requests can remain confidential.

Who is eligible to receive meals?
Any member of the Church of Saint Paul community.

How does a Meal Train work?
Our Meal Train team includes people who provide meals by cooking and/or arranging deliveries.

When a Meal Train is requested, coordinators gather the necessary details, set up the Meal Train online, and share the link with participants. Participants sign up for meal slots that fit their schedules and coordinate delivery directly with the recipient family.

How can I get involved?
Join our Meal Train ministry by signing up below with your name, email, and phone number. When a new Meal Train is set up, you’ll receive a text or email with the link. Choose a date that fits your schedule, add your name, and note the meal you’ll provide. On your day, prepare or pick up the meal and deliver it to the family at the arranged time and place.

There’s no obligation to participate in every Meal Train — simply help when you’re able.

I’d love to help, but I don’t have time to cook.
No problem! You can donate gift cards to favorite restaurants, order meals from those spots, or contribute premade meals from grocery stores. Helping doesn’t always mean cooking!
